R.C Sharma Executive Director IIT-T Jammu I take pride in introducing Indian institute of Technical Trainings (IIT-T) Jammu which has created niche within short period of existence of this Institution. A dedicated Medical Professionals of society who have engaged themselves for free Medical Treatment camps at different places of Jammu Province for over a decade and now engaged themselves for skill development and technical Courses to provide sustainable employment opportunities to the poor and weaker sections of society.

In Para medical services, Nursing is a noble profession which requires patience, dedication, concerned for sick beside service orientation. The Nurses and Para-medicals require extensive knowledge and show a great responsibility. The work can be stressful and exhausting particularly due to long and odd hours of work.

The courses at IIT-T Jammu have integrated learning approach, creating a unique Synergy between theory and Practical Trainings. The Training is interspersed with Periodic evaluation, test, Seminar, Workshop Presentation through LCD projector, Group discussions on various topics covered. Besides imparting free computer certificate Training and proficiency courses for improvement of the Communication skill for Placement.

We are committed to the cause of student’s community to help them, mould their future and achieve their aspiration. We have created a highly inspiring and learning environment. We strive hard to provide our students those facilities which are essential for development of a harmonious personality and well focussed view of life.

Our approach has been to combine Academic abilities, Personality development and Practical Skills to prepare a new breed of mature professionals in health care. The secular and semi-urban character of the Institute is reflected by the students of different Communities from different parts of the State and neighbouring states who join this Institute / College every year.
